This privacy policy summarizes how we obtain, store and use information about you on (our website) and where we otherwise obtain information about you. This policy statement is issued to all our current or prospective customers and/or members pursuant to the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”) in Malaysia. This privacy policy is effective from 21st April 2020.



As we update and diversify our services, our Privacy Policy may change. IN2IT reserves the right to update and change its Privacy Policy at any time and notify you by posting a notice about the updated version of the policy on site or notify you by email.



We care about the safety and privacy of children online, henceforth we comply with Laws of Malaysia Act 709 - Personal Data Protection Act 2010. PDPA and its accompanying regulations protect not only personal data online, it also protects the privacy of children using the internet. We do not knowingly contact or collect information from persons under the age of 18. The website does not intend to solicit information of any kind from persons under the age of 18.

1. Email and Contact Form

When you send an email to the email address displayed on our website, we will collect your personal data like your email address and any other information you provide in that email - name, phone number, and information contained in any signature block in your email.


2. Mail
If you contact us via mail or postal service, we will collect any personal information you’ve provided us in any postal communication you sent us.


3. Registration

Upon signing up or register or creating an account on our website and mobile app, we will collect the following personal information: email address, and any other additional information you will be providing us when you complete the registration form.

Information you provided during registration on our website will be stored on our third party hosting provider – Site Giant. Their privacy policy is available here

4. Order placement on our website

When placing an order on our website, we collect your name, email address, billing & shipping address, and billing name.

5. Payment Information

After placing an order on our website, you are required to make a payment upon check out. In order to process your payment, we use a third party payment processor and gateway - iPay88 to process your payment.

iPay88 collects, uses and processes your personal information including payment information, in accordance with their privacy policy. You can access their policy via the link here


6. Marketing Communications

a. Subscription Emails / E-Newsletter

You have the option to either opt in or out from receiving our subscription emails / E-Newsletter - news, offers, updates on offers and sales promotions. If you’ve decided not to receive any subscription emails / e-newsletter from us, you could opt out by ticking a box or clicking ‘unsubscribe’ in any email from us.  

We use a third party service to send out our subscription emails / e-newsletter and administer our mailing lists, MailChimp. Their privacy policy is here .



You acknowledge that your use of the Website, including the Content is at your own risk. If you are dissatisfied with the Website, the Terms or any or the Content your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Website. In no event will IN2IT, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, be liable to you or any third party for any direct, special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages, exemplary or lost profits, or any other damages of any kind whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, even if IN2IT has been advised of the possibility thereof, arising from your use of the website.



We take appropriate technical and organisational measure to secure your information and to protect it against unauthorised or unlawful use and accidental loss or destruction, including:

  • Only sharing and providing minimum extent necessary access to your personal information, subject to confidentiality restrictions where appropriate, and on an anonymised basis wherever possible;
  • Using secure servers to store your information;
  • Verifying the identity of any individual who requests access to your information prior to granting them access;
  • Only transferring your information via closed system or encrypted data transfers



The Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
