Return & Refund Policy

Customers can exchange/return damaged / wrong / faulty items (except sale items) within seven [7] working days of receipt date for a refund of that item. The packaging should also be in original condition as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, IN2IT Malaysia reserves the right to reject the goods and there will be no refund. IN2IT Malaysia will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit and will not bear this return courier charges.
 

Please send us an email with the photo of the product that you wish to exchange / refund and take a picture of the item (faulty item) and describe to us the faulty together with your order ID and email to : customerservice@apcosmetics.com.my before sending out the faulty item to us.  

 

We will exchange your item for a new one and resend the new product to you at no additional cost including courier charges. In the event your faulty item is out of stock, we will reimburse you monetary refund. Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/products, customer will receive their refund within seven [7] working days after the confirmation.
